Parts of the system

Ribs- protect lungs, heart, and liver located in the chest

Skull- protects brain, gives face shape, located in the head

Joints- give us the ability to move, many different kinds of joints

Spine- holds body upright, protects spinal cord

Hands- lets us pick up things, each finder is mad out of three bones, except for the thumb
