If you were a night you were sent away from your family to train at anther lords castle. They were sent off usually around 7 years old. Their first job was to become a pager. Pagers helped the Knights with their horses that were used for war. They also shined the Knights armor. A pager learned manors, ran errands for ladies, to fight, to ride,and to ride and fight put together. He could handle a sword by age 14 while on horseback
