Katniss and Peeta are at a town meeting where everyone at the age of 12 is old enough to get picked and have to go to war in a place at a Capitol! There are twelve districts and 1 boy and 1 girl gets picked from each district to go and have war against eachother. ALL TOGETHER THERE ARE 24 people who will fight against eachother.
