Security forces very often interfere with the Judiciary that the conclusion of most cases are foregone

After a bill has been debated and read over in the house of commons for a while, it may get passed. If It does, the senate reviews it over, seeing how it should be enforced. After it gets passed the senate, then they will give it to the Royal Assent to make it an official law.
