From June through September, nineteen men and women all having been convicted of witchcraft were carted to Gallow hills near Salem village to be hanged. A total of 20 people were killed and one was crushed by rocks because they refused to go up for trials. hundreds of others were faced with accusations of witchcraft and sent to jail for months without a fair trial. some of the test were: witch cake, witches teat, Artifacts, Lord's Prayer test, touch test, forced by dunking, or bound submersion.
