The Philippines are no longer the "sick man of Asia". Their economy is booming. A study shows it is going up by 5 percent each year. The only thing is they continue too have high unemployment rates. A study actually shows that the unemployment rate is actually increasing. This economy growth is neither job giving nor poverty decreasing.
