How I am going to stop this is by having people removing as much garbage as possible, posting up signs and posters saying "Don't throw trash in the ocean."

How I am going to get the people to pick up the trash is by asking them so it would make the place and ocean cleaner and animals don't have to fear of getting injured or killed.
