Procedure:

First, I measured the length of the tables in inches. Then, I put the timer on and divided how much time it took to cross the finishing line, by the distance. I labeled the final time in in/s. Finally, I added all the times together and divided it by 5 (the number of trials) and the average speed was 10.13 in/s.
