Born in Indiana in 1963, Mary Pat Wallen’s sculptures are influenced by her “own reflections of human struggles and the need to achieve balance.”

These sculptures, most often created from bronze or resin, have the rare ability to be ambiguous regarding gender, race, and other characteristics that are often immediately identifiable in a piece of art. Wallen’s pieces have been shown at art fairs and exhibitions across the country, has pieces in significant private collections, and created custom sculptures for four of the largest yacht companies in the world.
