How to convert

Well say you have to run 1000 meters for cross country well in stead of saying you have to run that far for short you could say 1 k

If you have 100 mg that would be about 0.5 of a gram but to make a full gram you would have to have 1000 mg

If your doctor said you have to drink a litre of water a day put this into perspective 500ml is half a litre so you would have to have 1000 ml

You only have to have about 78 litres to fill a small pool
