60+ years old

- Physical: Can't do many of the things I once could. Need help lifting groceries and opening bottles. Hearing and vision has worsen.

- Cognitive: Memory, mostly short term, continues to decrease. Forgetting where I put things. Focusing, mostly on more than one thing, becomes more difficult (driving or multitasking).

- Social/Emotional/Moral: Hard to see other family and friends get sick and pass away. Thinking and worrying about what will happen after I pass.
