Gonorrhea

A sexually transmitted bacterial infection that, if untreated, may cause infertility. It can cause infections in the genitals, rectum, and throat. It is a very common infection, especially among young people ages 15-24 years. Anybody can get gonorrhea from having sex. A pregnant woman with gonorrhea can give the infection to her baby during childbirth.

Symptoms- irregular mensturation, sore throat, pain in lower abdomen

Treatments- antibiotics
