Issues

A huge issue in Brazil is the consumption of the illegal drug cocaine. Brazil is the second largest consumer of cocaine. A possible solution is to consult the U.S. and try to mimic their way of preventing drugs from being smuggled across the border. I think this is a good idea since the U.S. has experience with this matter and have faced many drug problems in the past.
