Chinese people usually order " family style" food. This is when they give the family a big bowl and they eat from there. They also go out a lot in the night to go eat. Chinese people love fresh food and fresh vegetables. They love to grow their own food and be as healthy with their food as possible. They show a lot of respect to their elders. Chinese people use chopsticks instead of forks and spoons because it represents the wisdom of Chinese ancient people. China is a country with great food and great traditions that people treasure.
