I love a lot of things about wella. One being that I love how far the colour can go in little time and I really love the colour itself. Another wonderful thing is that they offer training as well as online seminars which I will be more then happy to educate my salon. I do love personal training and specialty training and will offer to pay upfront for all of my stylists with a contract they will pay 50% back in allotted time .

R+co is a beautifully packaged product all priced with reasonable prices generally in the 20$ range. They also offer training with products. We will use this to style as well as sell in retail.
