Overview

Small Foot with Toe Raises

This is a great exercise for anyone with foot or lower leg pain. The foot is the foundation of our standing posture so it is important to ensure all of the muscles in the foot work properly.


Most people have a difficult time doing this exercise because the deep muscles of the foot don't "turn on" or activate like they should.


Performing this exercise will help "wake up" and activate key muscles in the foot to help decrease pain and improve the functional movement of your body.
