Doctor,Doctor,Sick in bed
Doctor,Doctor,sick in bed,
Called the vet . And the vet doc said,
"Doctor,take a few weeks off--
It cured my cow of the whooping cough.
If that doesn't work ,then take these pills--
It cured my horse of the bloomin' chills.
If that doesn't work ,I'll give you a shot--
It cured my pig of the sprindle-rot.
If that won't work,I'll saw off your leg--
It cured my neighbor's sisters,Peg.
And if that won't work,"the vet doc cried.
"Doctor,Doctor ,you done died!"

I choose this poem because I was sick for multiple weeks from a cold. When the poem said you done you died it exactly describes ,when I thought about my terrible cold.
