Set oven at gas mark 8'230. Brush the baking sheet with a little oil to prevent the bread rolls from sticking during baking. Mix together the flour, salt and easy blend yeast in bowl. Use a wooden spoon gradually. Stir in the oil and lukewarm water until the mixture forms a soft but not sticky dough . You may not need to add water. Turn dough out onto a floured surface . Knead the dough by pushing and stretching it with your hands for 8-10 minutes.

Put the dough  on a flavoured surface and roll into a sausage shape. Divided the dough into  8 equally sized pieces.  Roll each piece of dough into a smooth ball and place on a baking sheet. Cover the bread rolls with cling film which has been brushed with oil. Leave in warm place to prove until rolls have doubled in size. Remove the cling film and sprinkle some flaked oats, flour, sesame or poppy seeds on top of each roll. Bake near the top of oven until the rolls are golden brown approximately 15 minutes. Take out of oven using oven gloves and cool on a rack.
