What is Cheyne-Stokes?

Also known as periodic respiration disorder in which the cycles of respiring are increasingly shallower than deeper with possible periods of apnea.

Typically over a 10- 20 second episode of apnea or hypopnea occurs followed by an increase i the depth and frequency of your breathing.
