Enrollment #s (500 users) - students access.  Faculty and Staff are not factored into enrollment cost.

Unlimited OEIS Administrator roles can be created.

Support call access is limited to only 4 OEIS staff

OEIS will be assigned a SOP customer success advocate (CSA)

Implementation training is 3 hours of (offsite) online webinars and training for faculty and staff.

25000 cloud usage hours (students can download content to keep within the usage hours).  This can be monitored and adjusted as needed.  The additional cost will be $500 for every 1000 hrs of overage hours.  This can be discussed at the OEIS level of how best to support.
