Cloud Based Provide access to all of your faculty and students regardless of location and technology (ie. Laptop, tablets, smartphones etc). The solution needs to be cloud hosted and provide access to faculty and students on a 24x7 basis at any location. 

Searchable Lectures and other video content needs to be instantly searchable and granular to provide students just what they need, when they need it, where they need it and in just the right amount of content.
