Beginning of trailer

-Black Screen and Production Company logo in colour that gives hint about the genre such as red (horror) -The trailer has all the best/scariest scenes in it to attract the audience but also has enigma in it to make the audience want to watch the whole film. -begins with equilibrium and high key lighting -after the disruption, the lighting gets darker (Torodovs narrative theory) -After the disruption the location is mostly an isolated location to give the thought of being „alone“.

Soundtrack

-Horror trailers usually have a soundtrack that is related to their theme. For example: -Horror film about children and killing of children -> childish music in the beginning, then loud intense music when children are getting killed
