Georgia had a warm climate, fertile soil and it was by the Atlantic Ocean. This helped the people of Georgia with their agriculture. They actually had slaves to do their work, in fact. Georgia had the highest population for slavery. The women were indentured servants or slaves, to help out with hardworking jobs.
