Perceptions
The difference between problems and perceptions is not always clear because of a lack of sufficient research results. A problem may turn out to be only a perceptions and a perception may be proven to be a problem. In this chapter on perceptions a series of quotes illustrate a series of relevant perceptions (without any claim to be even close to the whole variety of perceptions).
