Omegle is a free online chat website it allows people of any age to communicate with complete strangers, no registration involved. You can type or video chat with the stranger you came in contact with. It was launched march 14, 2009.

The developer of omegle was Leif k-Brooks, at the time he was 18 years old when he had created the website and lived in Brattleboro, Vermont.
