In the large vast span of tropical rainforest there are thousands of different animals. In this green humid ecosystem these animals create what is called a food web. This is a very large food web. There are different food webs all throughout the rainforest. A food chain is much different from a food web. For example, a food chain has one animal that eats another. But a food web has a variety of different animals that eat each one. As you now know the rainforest contains a lot of different food webs and food chains.
