Discovery of the Double Helix

- DNA molecule exist in form of a three-dimensional double helix-discovered by Watson, Francis Crick and contributions of Rosalind Franklin and Maurice Wilkins.

- When Watson and Crick discovered the double helix they were both supposed to work on other projects.
- They used stick-and-balls to test their ideas of the possible structure
