We need brick, wood, and drywall construction tools, cement, paneling. Brick would go on the outside and the wood will make up the frame of the house, drywall would be used to form the walls of the house. It works great in the geographical location, it would be in Texas, near a lake but no to far from home. The materials work well for the style of the home the brick looks great lining the wall next to the pool and the paneling of the house looks nice up against the stone. There are plenty of windows to let the light in during the summer and to see the ice and snow in the winter.
