Dividing fractions

- The dividend and the divisor must be fractions, that means all mixed numbers must be converted to improper fractions.

- Then we will use the fact that dividing is the inverse of multiplying and change the dividing problem into a multiplication problem by multiplying by the reciprocal.

- "Keep, Change, Flip" is what we will use to help us.
