Hans Fritzsche; Captured, Freed and put on Trial.
In May of 1945, Hans Fritzsche was captured by the Red Army and taken to Moscow for Interrogation.
he claims he was tortured and interrogated until he finally confessed.
after he was released, he was analyzed at the Nuremberg Trials.
He was later acquitted due to the fact that he was broadcasting Anti-Semitic ways, but he did not hold any positions that gave him control over the decisions to wage war or the crimes against humanity.
