This is an example of Conduction energy because the heat from the stove is transferred to the skillet because they are touching and when the skillet is heated it will heat the food as well

This is an example of Conduction energy since metal is a very good heat conductor then alot of heat will travel to your hand in a very short period of time.

This an example of conduction because heat will transfer until our temperature is thermal equilibrium
