March through August is more likely for tornadoes. including violent tornadoes and major tornado outbreaks - have been documented in the United States during every month of the year.

Since the weather is changing in the pasts years. Tornadoes have been known to not just be around tornado season. They come random. But more than likely it's between march through August.
