The Baptism of Jesus

There are no big differences between these two gospel passages. In Mark's gospel, this passage is more descriptive and tells of the Holy Spirit washing over Jesus. In John's passage, it just tells of the dove landing on his shoulder and the voice of God coming from the heavens. Both of these passages tell of Jesus being proclaimed as the son of God.
