About Napoleon

He was born on August 15, 1769 in Ajaccio, France. His father was born into an Italian noble family. His mother was a big influence during his life and actually outlived him. He was a French military and political leader that became very famous during the late stages of the French Revolution and its wars in Europe.He is majorly known for his military achievements. He assisted in the recapture of the city of Toulon, which attracted attention to him then making him one of the youngest generals in the army. Other than that he made many changes to France. He changed the French Republic into a monarchy. He also put the French Law into effect and it's still a basis to France to this day. His first wife Josephine had a very unproductive marriage with him and they got divorced. Him and his second wife Marie-Louise got marked in 1810. They had one son.
