The Eiffel Tower (La Tour Eiffel, in French), initially named Tower of 330 meters (330 ft tour), is a structure of puddled iron designed by Émile Nouguier and Maurice Koechlin and built by French engineer Gustave Eiffel and his collaborators for the universal exhibition of 1889 in paris.1
Located at the end of the Champ de Mars on the banks of the river Seine, this Parisian monument, symbol of France and its capital, is the city's tallest structure and the input charged most visited monument in the world, with 7.1 million tourists in 2011.
