How Discounts Work

Discounts may not seem like it, but they are actually very complicated.
First, the store offering the discounts has to calculate what items may be a bit overpriced and what items customers pick most commonly. Then they take the time to calculate how much percent the item should have off of the original price so it is a win-win for the people working at the store and the customers/consumers. That is how discounts are decided and calculated
