About ICMA

THIS IS OUR STORY

The International City/County Management Association Graduate Student Chapter at Grand Valley State University was incorporated in early 2013 with the sponsorship of the Graduate Student Association and the School of Public, Nonprofit, and Health Administration. The Chapter has benefited from the unequivocal support of local government leaders and elected officials.

The Chapter is the only ICMA student affiliate in the State, a point of particular distinction for GVSU. The Chapter has the goal of connecting graduate students with area public administration professionals through a variety of means, including informative seminars and peer engagement.
