Habitat

A longhouse would have a long wooden frame building covered with sheets of elm bark. They would also trade thing to get more materials to build all of their houses and anything that they would have to build to live better.

The Iroquois sometimes had to build their own houses to make shelter. They would use wood and a lot of other types of wood to build their shelter.

It would take them a very long time to build their houses because they had to find all of their materials to build their shelters. Sometimes if they had enough money they would buy more houses
