Procedures

1. Place 3.00g of NaHCO3(Baking soda) into the plastic plate.
2. Use the graduated cylinder to measure 42.8g of CH3COOH(Vinegar).
3. Divide the plastic Ziploc bag into two halves.
4. Place the Baking soda on one half of the Ziploc bag
5. Place the Vinegar on the other side of the Ziploc bag
6. Without mixing them, take the air completely out of the bag.
7. Once the air is out, mix both the vinegar and the Baking soda.
8. Record observations.
