All about the warriors

One of the most fascinating art works in the world are the Terra Cotta Warriors. Found in three large pits at the Shi Hugandi Burial Site, the Terra Cotta Warriors were once a historic mystery. The warriors are truly amazing. Each figure was handmade, based off a real warrior in the Qin army, and painted with, now faded, magnificent colors. Most of the figures had actual weapons, and all were in battle formation. The Terra Cotta warriors are a very intriguing piece of the past.
