Managed Print Services is a set of services and software tools used by an organization to save time and money in dealing with their Print Costs.

Lucid Networks can implement Managed Print Services for you, in partnership with Xerox Canada.  The first step is to monitor your print fleet for two weeks, or longer, to gain insight into your print volumes, both colour and monochrome.  In partnership with Xerox print specialists, the Lucid team will meet with your IT and procurement staff to discuss improvements in your fleet management.

Lucid is now able to provide you with a cost per page for all major brands of printers on today's market.  This "CPP" will include the provision of consumables, maintenance kits and service for your printer fleet.  Most toners are often provided proactively, to your door, before you ever run out.  The cost for all service and consumables is typically lower than the cost you are currently paying for toner only.  

This service will save your IT staff time in dealing with printer problems.  It will save time for your admin and purchasing staff by eliminating the need to prepare purchase orders for supplies and service for your printers.   There are no upfront capital costs for this service so it will cost you nothing to try it out.  We are confident you will be very pleased with the savings in time and money that you will enjoy!
