Conclusion

The timeline displays a honeycomb of your activity and info, organized by date. Argus displays the day’s temperature next to the date. You can input basic info about yourself and track progress. Argus will always keep track of the number of steps you take and are shown in your timeline. You can set up goals for how much you walk, sleep, or drink water. You can see what your Friends have been doing, view trends about your health data in the form of daily, weekly, or monthly bar graphs. You can also monitor a wide variety of activities using GPS and see how many calories you burned. You can track food intake by snapshotting your food and selecting the food groups in which it belongs, but it is not based off calories. This app is incredibly comprehensive, allowing you to track your steps, workouts, runs, yoga sessions, diet, sleep, water and coffee intake, weight, and more. It is a great option for keeping track of health and fitness while seeing it in the honeycomb format.
