Hinduism is one of the world's major religions. Native to India, Hinduism has no founder. Hindus believe in reincarnation, Karma, and that all life is sacred. Hinduism is polytheistic, meaning it has many Gods. These Gods include Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma.

Hinduism has a collection of sacred texts are known as a whole. It is called Sanatana Dharma, "The Eternal Teaching".

Some major holidays are Holi and Mahashivaratri. Holi is a spring festival that allows people to forget differences and indulge in Mahashivaratri is a day dedicated to their Lord Shiva's worship and meditation.

Hinduism

Hindus worship in temples. Since most Hindus can worship at home, it is not required to go to temple. Most Hindus only go to temples occasionally.
