Underwater Waterfall, Maurituis

I would want to visit this place because it seems so unreal that it's not really a waterfall. This island is located off the southeast coast of the African continent.When a runoff of sand and silt deposits,it gives an illusion of being underwater. This island is very new on geological timescale. The island has restaurants,shops,sea turtles, and beaches.
