This organization takes action by helping protect turtles, educating the community, and increasing the number of sea turtles worldwide.
For protection for the turtles they help with stranding response calls, picking up marine debris, and nest watching.
They raise public awareness by sharing the foundations story to students, hunters, and thirteen other communities. They have produced a twelve minute educational movie about the turtles being endangered.

Volunteers visit schools , civic organizations, enviormental fairs, and special events to educate people about the endangered turtles.
For raising public awareness they
Clean up beaches, hold turtle walks, and after storms they will walk the beach to search in the seaweed piles for trapped turtles( and other creatures). They also have nesting surveys were volunteers will walk the beach every week between the months of may and august to collect data for the florida fish and wildlife commission.
