Respiratory system
Same:
Differences:
The respiratory system is when The primary organs of the respiratory system are lungs, which function to take in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide as we breathe. Red blood cells collect the oxygen from the lungs and carry it to the parts of the body where it is needed. During the process, the red blood cells collect the carbon dioxide and transport it back to the lungs, where it leaves the body when we exhale.
Hyenas have a thing called the " secondary palate". This is basically the roof of our mouth. When they breath through their nostrils it goes into their oral cavity. The advantage of having a secondary palate is it gives mammals the ability to chew and breath at the same time.
We both have lungs and noses.
