Why did engineers build bridges?

Engineers built bridges and plainly as the chicken crossed the road- to get to the other side. Engineers from the past and present built bridges to get from point A to point B.

THE IMPORTANCE OF BRIDGES

The main function of bridges is to connect areas that would have been linked, usually over water bodies or a deep gulley. Bridges help people to get one place to another.
