In the story "Urashimo Taro and the Princess of the Sea", there is an example of behavior and consequence. It was when Urashimo decided to open the box. His behavior caused him to turn to his actual age.
Another example was also in "Urashimo Taro and the Princess of the Sea". Urashimo decided to go to the palace. He stayed too long and lost track of time. The consequence of this decision was when he went back to his old town, his friends and family had died.
The final example was in "Come Again in the Spring". The old man was very kind to the crows and took good care of them. In return, they helped him, by chirping and flying. When he could see and hear them, it reminded the man of his childhood, so he answered the questions correctly and avoided death.
