About Kohlberg

Lawrence Kohlberg was born on October 25, 1927 in Bronxville, New York. Kohlberg received his bachelor's degree in only one year, because of his high scores on the entrance exam, and received his PhD from the University of Chicago. In 1955 Kohlberg married Lucy Stigberg and they had two sons together. The couple stayed together until his death.
