Turner syndrome incompasses several conditions, cells are missing all or part of a chromosome. The most common is the female having only one X chromosome. Others may have 2 X chromosomes but, one is incomplete. Turner syndrome is the second most common genetic disorder. It affects one in 2000 females 1000 new baby girls are born per year with Turner syndrome.
